Websites and web applications
A working platform for your customers and for you: authentication, orders and payments, integrations that talk to each other, and analytics on real numbers. From a cafe to an online shop.
Full-cycle digital agency
We learn how your processes actually work. We design the solution from scratch, build it and launch fast. We train your team to use it. The code and the data stay yours.
01 / How it usually goes
Orders in one place, money in another, customers in a third. Each tool covers its own part and knows nothing about the rest — the time goes on reconciling the data by hand.
Orders arrive in a chat app and get lost
Orders land in one system — with history, status and analytics
Bookkeeping in a spreadsheet that has to be reconciled by hand
The numbers add themselves up, without costing you the time
Every feature is a separate subscription or an extra invoice
Features are written for your process: no ceiling on capability, no charge per add-on
The customer base lives on someone else's platform
The database, the code and the domain are registered to you, not to the agency
The system was handed over and the team kept working the old way
We train your staff and leave instructions written for each role
02 / What we build
We don't guess up front which one you need. First we look at how your work actually runs, then propose whatever saves you the most time.
A working platform for your customers and for you: authentication, orders and payments, integrations that talk to each other, and analytics on real numbers. From a cafe to an online shop.
A full interface inside the messenger: catalogue, cart, payment, personal account. It opens from a link, one tap to enter, nothing to install.
A bot for short actions and notifications: take a request, answer a routine question, push a status change to the team. For where an interface is not needed and a conversation is.
We connect the tools you already work in and take out the hand work between them: exports, reconciliations, moving numbers from an email into a spreadsheet. Written around your process.
03 / Process
Nothing starts with design. First we understand how your day actually works.
We sit down and map how the working day really goes: who takes the order, where time leaks, what is still counted by hand. Without this step there is no way to tell where the growth is.
We design the whole system: screens, roles, scenarios, integrations, payments. We look at the growth points and work out what can be streamlined and automated. Everything is agreed before the first line of code — at this stage changes cost nothing.
Built on a modern stack, no page builders. That means full control over speed, appearance and logic — and no mandatory platform fees.
We show your staff how to use the system inside their normal work. We write instructions for each role and answer questions until it feels routine.
We hand over access: the code repository, the database, the domain, the payment gateway. We walk your team through how it works and leave instructions for every role.
04 / Work
An account of how each system works: live product screens instead of images, the decisions and their reasons, and what each project deliberately does not have.

05 / About

I have been designing interfaces since I was 15. I was always drawn to working out solutions that streamline processes, and the question of efficiency kept coming up in my life.
Since AI arrived, these solutions have become easier to design and, most importantly, to build.
06 / FAQ
It depends on the scope: a storefront site and a customer portal with payments are different orders of magnitude. After the business audit we quote a fixed price, and it doesn't move after that. The audit itself is free.
That's normal, and it's exactly our job. We speak in business terms: how much time it saves, how many orders stop getting lost, what your customer sees. The technical side is entirely on us.
You do. All of it: code, design, database, domain, service accounts. Everything is registered to your legal entity, and at handover we pass on the access.
The first month of support is included: fixes, questions from your team, extra training. After that it's up to you. And you're not locked in — the system is built so any developer can maintain it.
Builders are great while the problem is generic. The moment you need your own logic — orders on your rules, integration with your bookkeeping, non-standard roles — you start paying for workarounds. We build for your process from the start, with no ceiling on features.

The first conversation is free. We'll go through your processes and tell you honestly whether you need a system, what it would change and what it would cost.
